Pre Ruthie's birthday

Melancholy day, so sad as I approach what would have been Ruthie's 45th birthday on Tuesday. The emptiness is forever present. Felt very sad on my bike ride today, and I get so tired. Thank you Megan Devine @refugeingrief  for the blog posts and newsletters, and helping me to know that all that is happening is normal for bereavement
